Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The item must be in new and saleable condition.
• Items that are damaged by the end user will not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
• If the item has a factory defect, we will offer a replacement or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue.
