5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping through USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, insured up to $100. We guarantee dispatch within 1–3 business days, but we are not responsible for delays once packages are in the possession of USPS.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, you may open a claim directly with USPS using the tracking number provided for your order. Alternatively, we are happy to assist you in initiating a claim.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refer to our Policies and Disclaimers page for our complete returns and refund policy. Items must be returned in new and saleable condition. Products damaged by the end user are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUIHERN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal issues resulting from misuse.
