Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer USPS Ground Advantage (free for qualifying orders within the U.S.), optional USPS Priority Mail, and UPS services.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs and available delivery options are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and package weight.
  • Shipping Insurance: All shipments are insured through USPS for up to $100 of declared value (when shipped via USPS Ground Advantage service).

Carrier Handoff and Delivery Responsibility

We guarantee that all orders will be processed and handed over to the selected carrier within 1–3 business days. Once the package is in possession of USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.

Claims and Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, you may open a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
  • We are also happy to assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping provider if needed.
  • The carrier can provide confirmation of shipment status, transit history, and resolution for any shipping-related issues.

Delivered Packages

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier immediately and open a claim using your tracking number.
  • The carrier can confirm the exact delivery location and any delivery discrepancies.
  • Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Navaja Land and PUIHERN LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
